Classic French Beef Bourguignon with Red Wine Sauce, Onions, Carrots, and Mushrooms
ROAST
Pan vs oven vs pizza oven roasting
Whole Roasted Chicken using Garlic, Sumac, Fresh Herbs, and an Olive Oil Rub served with Roasted Lemons and Carrots
SMOKE AND GRILL
Mesquite Smoked Chicken Thighs with Honey-Sriracha-Lime glaze

This class is $100 per person, and limited to 20 participants.
