Join IL Fiorello on Thursday, August 14th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm for the ultimate tomato lover’s dream! With 50 unique tomato varieties grown on-site, participants will experience the incredible flavors, textures, and colors of this beloved fruit, also known as “The Love Apple.”

In this hands-on class, attendees will taste a farm-fresh selection, learn expert cooking techniques, and create homemade ketchup like never before. Additionally, participants will craft delicious stuffed tomatoes to celebrate the rich, sun-ripened essence of summer.
