Spring Greens & Irish Pies Cooking Class

This class honors spring greens with a traditional French soup Au Pistou. To honor Pi day (March 14) the class will learn how to make a traditional Irish Shepard’s pie. For dessert, we will present a sweet and fantastic Irish Bar treat.

Cooking Class taught by Executive Chef Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls and Sous Chef Dominic Angelo.

TRADITIONAL IRISH OAT CAKES
GREEN SPRING VEGETABLE SOUP “PISTOU”
SHEPHERD’S PIE
IRISH CAR BOMB CUPCAKES
