4th Annual Great Pumpkin Cooking Class

Nothing says Autumn quite like a pumpkin. Come celebrate this quintessential Fall food.

Our menu will include:

WARM PUMPKIN & GINGER SCONES
With Mandarin Co-Milled Oil and Honey

SHAVED BUTTERNUT AND RED BEET SALAD
WITH DATES & PISTACHIOS

WARM BUTTERNUT SQUASH NOODLES
With Taggiasca Olive Oil, Fresh Figs, Toasted Hazelnuts

STUFFED BAKED PUMPKIN
With savory bread pudding and herbs, served in its own shell

GINGER TUILES, DRIZZLED WITH DARK CHOCOLATE
Pumpkin Gelato, Mandarin Oil
