Suisun Valley Vintners & Growers Association Invites You to Celebrate our 40th Anniversary!
Five days of celebration (12/26 – 12/30) for the 40th anniversary of the Suisun Valley being named an American Viticultural Area.
An AVA is a delineated grape-growing region with specific geographic or climatic features that distinguish it from the surrounding regions and affects how grapes are grown.
Choose a day (or days) to come out to Suisun Valley and celebrate this specially recognized growing area.
Each day, a different set of wineries will be participating. Ticket sales will be limited to 100 each day.
A logo glass will be your ticket to visiting multiple tasting rooms and engaging with winemakers and growers who are the fabric of this winemaking community. Taste great wines, and get a chance to explore the varied styles of the valley terroir.

Tickets are $40.00 per person and are only available in advance. There won’t be any tickets sold on-site on the days of the event.
There will be no charge for designated drivers.
You can check in and start your day at any of the participating locations.
Tickets are non-refundable.

An AVA (American Viticulture Area), is a very important certification given by the TTB (Tax and Trade Bureau), described as a “region having distinguishing features.” This special designation is held in high regard and helps our local grape growers and winemakers attribute a certain characteristic of a wine made from grapes grown in this region. Some know this as “terroir.”
Suisun Valley AVA, also sometimes called “appellation”, was established in 1982 and was one of the first to receive its designation in this state!
Did you know, that to designate a wine as “Suisun Valley”, 85% of the grapes used to make the wine must have been grown within the Suisun Valley AVA? When you tour Suisun Valley during this Anniversary Celebration you are helping to support the Vintners and Growers that are behind this very special area.

The organizers, establishments, sponsors, and volunteers of this event are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in the Suisun Valley Anniversary Celebration, including injury, loss or damage which might be caused by the action, inaction, or negligence of others. By attending the Suisun Valley Anniversary Celebration, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Suisun Valley Vintners & Growers Association and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.
By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
