DESCRIPTION:Suisun Valley Vintners & Growers Association Invites You to Celebrate with Us!\n\nOver three days in December celebrate the forming and formal approval of the Suisun Valley American Viticultural Area (AVA) at participating tasting rooms in Suisun Valley.  A logo glass is your ticket to visiting multiple tasting rooms and engaging with winemakers and growers who are the fabric of this winemaking community.  Taste great wines\, get a chance to explore the varied styles of the valley terroir.\n\nANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION\n\nSOLD OUT - Sunday\, December 26th - Visit Back Road Vines\, Mangels Vineyards\, Suisun Valley Co-op\, Suisun Valley Filling Station\, and Wooden Valley Winery\n\nMonday\, December 27th – Visit Back Road Vines\, Suisun Valley Co-op\, and Wooden Valley Winery\n\nTuesday\, December 28th – Visit Back Road Vines\, Suisun Valley Co-op\, and Wooden Valley Winery\n\n12pm – 4pm\n\nOnly 100 tickets available per day\n\nCheck in at Wooden Valley and pick up Logo Glass\n\nTicket is $25.00 only available in advance.  There won’t be any tickets sold on-site the days of the event.\n\nTickets are non-refundable\n\nTasting Pass includes Logo Glass\, Tastings\, Friends & Fun!\n\nWe're focused on your safety!!\nWe are closely following the new developments regarding mask guidelines put in place by the State of California's Public Health Department.\nWe're confident that we can have fun celebrating our AVA's Anniversary while following the protocols to maintain a safe environment.\nDon't miss the opportunity to enjoy beautiful Suisun Valley scenery post-Christmas.\nCome out\, relax and enjoy!\n\nPurchase Tickets Here\n\nAn AVA (American Viticulture Area)\, is a very important certification given by the TTB (Tax and Trade Bureau)\, described as a "region having distinguishing features." This special designation is held in high regard and helps our local grape growers and winemakers attribute a certain characteristic of a wine made from grapes grown in this region. Some know this as "terroir."\n\nSuisun Valley AVA\, also sometimes called "appellation"\, was established in 1982 and was one of the first to receive its designation in this state!\n\nDid you know\, that to designate a wine as "Suisun Valley"\, 85% of the grapes used to make the wine must have been grown within the Suisun Valley AVA?
