DESCRIPTION:Master Carving Skills Class\nwith Executive Chef Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls\nWednesday\, November 14\, 2018\n6pm-9pm\nWould you like to be the star who masterfully carves the turkey this Thanksgiving Dinner?  Or learn to break down or de-bone a whole chicken?  Come to this class with Executive Chef Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls\, and learn the fine culinary art of carving a whole bird.\n\nEach student chef will either de-bone or break down a whole chicken\, learn about marinating poultry\, and then practice carving a turkey.   The chickens will be packaged for each student to take home\, but the carved turkey will be shared in sandwiches and paired with a local craft beer at the end of the class.\n\nWhere else can you get dinner and a show\, with a dinner to go on a Wednesday evening?\n\nTo reserve your seat\, click here.\n\nPlease note: We offer a 100% refund or exchange of class fees if canceled a minimum of 72 hours in advance of the event.  Within 72 hours of an event\, refunds or exchanges are not available\, but you are welcome to transfer your seat to a friend! There are no substitutions available for cooking class menus.  If you have a special dietary restriction\, please review the proposed menu before signing up for a class.
