A Bounty of Choices

Suisun Valley’s growers produce a bounty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, and flowers. You know you’re getting farm-fresh, local produce when you visit Suisun Valley. Here are some of the items you’ll find:

Fruits & Nuts — cherries, kiwis, oranges, strawberries, apricots, nectarines, peaches, plums, apples, grapes, pears, plums, persimmons, tomatoes, and walnuts
Vegetables — asparagus, corn, cucumbers, onions, peppers, beans, squash, and pumpkins
Flowers — sunflowers, zinnias, dahlias, penstemon and assorted perennials.

The Growing Season

Shooting Star CSA is a 10 acre, CCOF-certified organic farm located in the Suisun Valley, in Fairfield, California. We operate a seasonal weekly vegetable box program, known as Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). Our season runs 28 weeks, May through November.
