Would you like to be the star who masterfully carves the turkey this Thanksgiving Dinner? Or learn to break down or de-bone a whole chicken? Come to this class with Executive Chef Gloria Ciccarone-Nehls, and learn the fine culinary art of carving a whole bird.
Each student chef will either de-bone or break down a whole chicken, learn about marinating poultry, and then practice carving a turkey. The chickens will be packaged for each student to take home, but the carved turkey will be shared in sandwiches and paired with a local craft beer at the end of the class.
